products we offer. Also, for all products we sell we will guarantee the quality
you expect. If you receive any merchandise that appears damaged,
please first call the shipping company, which, in most cases will be Federal
Express or UPS. (By contacting the shipping company to inspect a damaged
package and product we can eliminate added costs. All packaging has been
tested to meet the standards set by these companies.) Then contact
us so we can send out your replacement. If the merchandise you
received does not appear to have the quality we show on our web site please contact
us and let us know what it is. Urns Northwest reserves the right to
make slight modifications to the product at anytime, but we will make efforts to
make necessary changes to the pictures and descriptions on our web pages in a
timely fashion.
Personalized or custom orders
Please make sure that the information provided to us for
personalization is accurate, best form to give the information is via
e-mail. No refunds on personalized or custom orders. Exchanges are
available only in the case of poor quality of a personalized item.
Shipping Policy
When we get an order we direct the order to the proper fulfillment house,
which then would ship out in 1 to 7 working days depending on the type of urn
(see the specific pages). If you are requesting
overnight or 2-day air shipment, your order must be received by 1pm
Pacific Standard time in order to ship out the same day. When
requesting an overnight or 2-Day air shipment, please call to confirm. When an order is placed
online, you
will receive an E-mail receipt to let you know that your order was received.
