Shawn, Gertrud and I just received our two urns from Urns Northwest. They were just like Gertrud wanted and tears flowed with her enjoyment. They are beautiful and way better looking than what we first planned on having when we first started our search for an urn. You did an outstanding job in the design, work man ship, quality, and price. We are very happy that we found your company and decided on doing business with you. Thank you very much.
To everyone that may be interested in ordering an urn. Urns Northwest is the right place to shop. I spent a number of hours searching the internet for the right price and quality and Urns Northwest was the answer. When I contacted them by e-mail I got a quick reply. It was easy to doing business with them by e-mail.
Shawn you are a true professional, very caring and understanding gentleman your company should be proud to have you representing them. At no time did I get an answering machine. It was always a pleasant human voice and that is unusual these days. It was a pleasure working with you by e-mail and by phone to reach our final layout. Which that took about a week to complete due to the many changes that I made to get it the way we liked.
When pre-planning your funeral it is the only way to see the type of urn selected and engraved the way you would like before passing from this earth. Shawn, I would like to recommend your service to all those that are planning to buy an urn for one of their loved ones. Your prices and services can't be beaten. I tried my funeral home and the difference in their price would have been over $300. More over I wouldn’t have gotten the personal services that I needed my choice of urn and proper fit for the niche.
For those who are planning to buy an urn. I hope that this will help show you what can be done in your planning by e-mail and phone with Shawn. We were planning for our burial in the Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium. The urns for my wife and I had to be the right size to fit into the niche. Our choice of urns was the Memory Chest U4, rosewood color, and in order to get it, it had to be modified to fit into the niche. Since my urn was the first to be engraved using the new military insignia software. It had to be checked out and adjustments made by Shawn to get the best laser engraving for future use.
