Description
This small cremation urn is a striking and meaningful tribute. It holds up to 25 cubic inches of ashes—ideal for an infant, a small pet, or shared cremains.
The base is crafted from caramel-colored rescued California Elm wood. The top is spalted Maple. “Spalting” is a nature’s graffiti- a natural fungus that gives the wood the lines and textures that you see throughout the top of the urn.
Together, these woods form a bold, balanced design. The shape is clean and modern. The finish is satin-smooth, sealed with a low-VOC wax/oil blend to protect and enhance the grain.
Even more meaningful—this urn includes a hidden plant holder. The top holds a small plant, while the base secures ashes with rare-earth magnets. This creates a living memorial that grows over time.
Each urn is one of a kind. Handcrafted in California. Made using sustainably sourced urban lumber.
